Jamie conducted a routine maintenance on my 3 year old home, we didn't expect to find anything major at all since it's so new, but Jamie pointed out a very important and possibly deadly problem that needed to be addressed asap! The vent pipe for my furnace simply split into 2 parts at the elbow in the attic, exposing pure carbon monoxide! Luckily my father is retired pipefitter/plumber so as soon as he saw that picture, he was calling, in fact Jamie saw his return call because we all knew that is serious stuff! Aside from that small scare, Jamie did a great job inspecting and cleaning the outdoor unit of debris and fully inspecting the machine. I will most definitely have him following me up with all yearly and repair needs!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To keep your HVAC system running in tip-top shape, we recommend a maintenance appointment twice a year (once for heat, once for air conditioning). This way, a Tier 1 technician can check your filters, coils, wiring, housing, motor, and more to make sure you’re getting the most out of your system.
