- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first 3 weeks, we will set up a FaceTime on Friday to go over what I call "Form Checks" to make sure you are moving safely and get the most out of the fitness regimen. During these check-ins, any and all questions are welcome. As always, I recommend you take advantage of the free sample offered to see if this style of training is for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Exercise Science and am a Certified Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, I have worked in both group and a one-on-one setting for the last 6 years. In that time I have come across people with "bad backs", "bad knees", "bad shoulders" and worked with them to strengthen and better their bad (insert part of body).
