- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I would not say I have a standardized pricing system but we do charge diffrent prices for the same size trees due to variables such as risk assesment obstacles such as power lines, houses etc. Also the level of cleaning varies upon request. We do the cleaning based on what percentage of cleaning a customer wants. Naturally, if your doing more work on a tree that needs a 50 percent cleaning it would cost less than a 90 percent cleaning. I would say ,it is very difficult to give a price for work without seeing the job first that's why a free consultation is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well after introductuon we do an evaluation of the trees that need attention. Upon inspection we determine what services need to be provided in order to assure our customers satisfaction. After a estimate of the needed work, we find a price to match that work and schedule a start date. Usually within the next seven days depending on our current schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have obtained a San Antonio Tree Maintanence License , along with Osha, Safety Health and Enviornment training. More than 10 years experience in the tree service field.
