Masters Touch recently completed a backyard play area for me - building a treehouse with a slide and a swing set. Their exceptional workmanship was matched by their outstanding customer service. Everything constructed was done with great attention to detail and finished with rock solid quality. The tree house and swing set both maximize safety, quality, and functionality thanks to the extra efforts of the builders. Throughout the process, every member of the company communicated the timeline and gave frequent updates on the progress of the project. The company accepted full responsibility for any minor delay and absorbed cost overruns without passing them on to me. Delon of Master Touch built our kids a tree house in December of 2016 and he did an amazing job. First - finding someone to build a tree house isn't as easy as it seems. We had a number of other contractors flake on use while trying to get quotes. Not Delon - he braved a 2+ our traffic jam on the beltway to get to our house on a cold, wet Saturday afternoon and was just as cheerful when he arrived as he sounded on the phone when we talked to him 3 hours earlier. We told him the specifications we wanted and he executed it to a tee, on time, with no complaints or excuses. Delon overcame any obstacles to the project with ease and cheerfulness - he is the rare tradesman who won't let you down. Our daughter has difficulty navigating stairs and he ensured that the entrance was usable for her. The tree house is also very sturdy - more than capable of handling a passle of kids.
