Not to mention we do Unlimited Attempts on attempting to serve your papers. We know 3 or 4 attempts won't always catch a person at home or work. Moreover, you will receive automatic emails on the status of you service as the attempts are made or once the paper has been served. You won't have to guess or wonder whats going on with your paper. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. We offer Unlimited Attempts unlike other process server companies. Most of them only attempt 3 to 5 times. We know it may take more attempts. With us the price is the same even if we make 10 or more attmepts. Not to leave out repeat clients receive discounted rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will explain every details to our customers and our process to what's included in the fee. Ex. Unlimited Attempts always. Automatic emails on the status of your paper work daily. Professional looking returns for the court with details. And you will never have to guess whats happening with you paper work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and I've been running this business serving papers, hiring, training process servers, PI work for 33 years.
