- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very consultative approach to all of my customer projects so the first action is to have a call/skype or face to face meeting to discuss the project and fix the project scope and deliverable. From there i can fix the quote and timeline, I pride my self in being able to work within most of my clients budgets. Once the project is started I like to keep the client informed of the progress and I am very open about issues and problems as they happen. At the end of the project i like to have a feedback call to make sure that they are 110% happy with the product and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in business administration with a marketing focus coupled with over 10 years marketing experience on and off line. I have a team of highly experienced Web development, digital marketing and design experts to deliver on any project
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by building my own online business and learning by doing. I have developed an understanding of the changing face on digital marketing at the sharp end of the business thought success and failures alike
