- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique, but for the most part we can give a rough idea over the phone or by email so you can expect what the final price will be. We try and get as accurate as possible with out seeing but we can't gaurentee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start off by asking as many questions as we need in order to find the right solution to clean your carpets. Every job is different so we want to make sure we exceed your expectations
