Many factors make up a written landscape estimate. But as a general rule projects are written using company s.f. & l.f. methods which are standard in the landscape industery.

Greetings via telephone call,email or text. Set a time to visit the project.Send Thank You card with our company information.Talk with customer and get project details.Prepare free written estimate.Send estimate via email and mail service.

Man of the Soil started in 1974 and has been in operation 43 years.

Federal and State Government.Schools,Parks,Disneyland.Historical homes.Commercial and residential cusomers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Fish and Wildlife Reserve. Restoring areas for wildlife refuge. A one year federal contract.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions,get estimates in writing.Does the contractor keep you informed,return phone calls and emails.Does your contractor listen to the customers instructions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The lowest price is not always the best.Does your contractor provide written estimates and a written warranty.Does your contractor have a state contractors licence.
