- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Bridal or Event Clients, we always start with a complementary consultation. We will review your vision and needs for your event and will look at any inspiration pictures you may have. Typically a consult is about an hour long. We will then provide a Floral or Event quote based on your needs for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Hospitality Management from Temple University. I also have a Certificate in Wedding and Event Management from Temple. I have worked in Private and International Events with Aramark for 9 years before starting my own business. Some of my Clients with Aramark include Saint Joseph's University, Immaculata University and West Chester University. I also held positions as an Event Manager for the London 2012 Olympics and the Operations Director for the 2015 European Games.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all couples! If you are in love and you want your wedding day to be unique and beautiful, we are excited to work with you! We also work with both private and corporate event Clients providing event management, florals and decor.
