My unit locked up one day, wouldn't fire up. I was recommended to Glacier Air by a friend. I called and Serg came out later that day. He informed me my capacitor had fried and that my thermostat had faulty wiring. Within an hour he had diagnosed and fixed both problems and my unit was blowing ice cold. I was in fear of worry that my unit my be royally screwed but all was handled quickly by glacier air, not to mention it was a fair price compared to previous quotes of other servicemen.

Everyone was very professional! They were on time and the communication was excellent. Serge came and gave me an honest quote and laid out a plan of attack installing my tri-zone, ductless, split system. We received the unit as a house warming present and we were having a lot of trouble finding an installer. Every installer said they will only install if we had purchased the unit from them. Glacier Air said they had lots of experience installing these units, and it showed. Would highly recommend them! We have a 100 year old house and they took extra care in their work. They cleaned up after themselves. Friendly and respectful workers. Couldn't have asked for a better HAVC professionals!
