- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, everything that has to do with the gutters and downspouts does not change. For instance if you have a two story or obstacles in your yard I'm not going to jack the prices up over it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in contact with the customer, make an appointment with them to come measure their house. Find out what they want, what they don't want, look for any thing that stands out on the house that needs to be fixed before new gutters are put on. Give the price to the customer and go from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All different kinds, nice ones, funny ones, grumpy ones, hateful ones, but that doesn't matter cause at the end of every job even the grumpy & hateful ones are happy
