What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TRIUMPH offers a couple of options for our clients. Hourly pricing ranges from $35-$60 in addition to our flat fee pricing option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients can make a sound choice during our 30 minute complimentary consultation. Once the scope of work has been determined and previewed at TRIUMPH,new clients will receive an engagement letter detailing what they can expect in the bookkeeping relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honors graduate of Everest College in the Accounting/Bookkeeping program. Understanding and practical experience in the G.A.A.P. Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. 10 years of experience Accountedge Accounting Software for MAC. 10 years of full time practice in full service Bookkeeping.
