We asked the company for quality assurance advice about another firm's shoddy workmanship on our pergola roof. Executive Roof Services (ERS) provided us timely, technical advice for remediation leverage. In addition, ERS promptly came out to fix a roof leakage that we thought was a previous oversight from work recently done before the onslaught of a record setting rainy October to date. It turned out that it was not the fault of ERS at all as an old, leaking kitchen vent pipe was the culprit. ERS gracefully replaced it and re-shingled the surrounding area without question. I still remember an ERS associate saying to me in my panic, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you." And sure enough they did even though they weren't obligated to do so quickly for something that was beyond their original scope.
In short, I'm impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, quality assurance, and caring. ERS provides flexible price points to provide a quality service, product and confident peace of mind!

I called several roofing/gutter companies for new gutters on my home. Executive Roof Services was quick to respond and provided me a schedule and price that worked better than their competition. They ended up coming out a day early and completed the job quickly and on budget. My point of contact was kind and courteous throughout and I would definitely recommend this company as a first choice in the Vancouver/Portland area.
