- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We always meet with the customer to go over all the options before giving a price. We pride our selves in treating each customer the way we want to be treated. We do all we can to stay in the customers budget and suggest things they can do to save money if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet with the customer to discuss and look at their project. Discuss the options for what they are looking for and then the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in the construction trade for about 10 years. Woodshop all 4 years of high school and construction technology thru the skill center.
