- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price ranges from $500 to $2500 depending on the company size and the amount of time it will take to run it's books.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 I want to know about you, your passion, your strengths and your dreams. We as business owners don't want to just make money, we want to build a lifestyle around something we enjoy. #2 I will find out everything there is to know about your company. How it operates, what is it's income source and how that source is found. #3 I will find out everything there is to know about the industry, your competition and what needs to be done to compete or even to exceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been going through Bookkeepers Business Launch, an online curriculum that trains people to be great book keepers. This is my 3rd time through, every year they revamp the training to add on new technologies and strategies. I'm also a Certified Xero Advisor, meaning I've been through their software training and they certify me to take on clients for them.
