Introduction: My Private Pilates sessions both Reformer and Mat are specialized to each clients needs, ability and goals. I do exercises that focus on the core, and incorporate every muscle group working to find precision and stabilization. A strong Pilates practice will lead to long lean muscles, strength, conscious breath, spinal mobility and a natural grace of movement. This exercise system, designed by Joseph Pilates, is based on the belief that mental and physical health is inter-connected. Open to all levels. both female and male. The total-body conditioning method can also be used to rehab and prevent injury by athletes. Challenge your core in new ways to build stability, refine your posture, strengthen your core—and maybe even reshape your butt! I love working with individual clients and helping them achieve their goals. I have a wonderful space in Venice and Beverly Hills as well as travel to clients location.

I've taken private lessons with Ashley both on the reformer and mat. She is an excellent and patient teacher and made sure my form was correct and that I was taking care of my foot injury. I highly recommend her!

I had a disk replacement in my back and my surgeon recommended pilates. I LOVE working with Ashley, she's gentle enough on my back but boy do I see results!
