- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $25/hr to train and $50/hr to fix any accounting errors. I start at $50 per tax forms that need to be prepared.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with the customer on the phone or in person. They explain what they need from me and I ask them questions to explain what I will do for them and give them a quote. I usually then draw up an engagement letter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Accounting. I am a RTRP and a Quickbooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.
