- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have bulk discount pricing, charitable pricing, and combine & save discounts (order our plants AND services and save 10-30% on everything!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first gather some information and talk with our customers in order to paint a very clear picture of what to expect. We can talk very conveniently with texts, e-mail, or over the phone. Depending on the services and/or plants requested, we may send you a very easy to fill out form. For complete landscape re-designs / overhauls: 1. We may recommend and can provide if desired soil testing and soil amendments at prices cheaper than Home Depot / Lowe's. 2. We can render 100% to-scale garden, irrigation & hardscape designs using satellite imaging of your property and our custom design software or just provide you a detailed, quick hand drawing. 3. Install & enjoy. Note: There is usually a 10-20% deposit required before starting a project and a contract is provided and signed by both parties. For other projects & regular maintenance, simply talk to us! P.S. We like to under promise and over deliver, in fact we usually do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of organic gardening experience with 5+ years of intensively studying and practicing organic permaculture (AKA sustainable/regenerative agriculture).
