Introduction: Impeccable References, professional, always show up with my own supplies and equipment, I provide Residential, office cleaning, move in/out clean, seasonal rentals and small contractor clean up. First cleaning is always a deep cleaning and is $100.00 which includes the following: all rooms dusted, vacumed or mopped. all interior doors, windows that need cleaned, fans, baseboards, trim and ceiling of any cobwebs. all bathrooms scrubbed down, any and all mildew, soapscum removed. All mirrors, fixtures, countertops polished. All wastebins emptied. recurring scheduled cleaning will be less. Upkeep is key. Rate after first initial cleaning is based on square footage. **I charge $100.00 for move in/move out cleaning which includes interior windows that need it, blinds dusted, fridge cleaning, fans, base, trim, fingerprints wiped, inside cabinets wiped and regular cleaning to premises. if fridge is extremely dirty add an additional $20.00. Nobody likes oven cleaning but will do for $50.00 and you provide oven cleaner and paper towels. Before, after results, walking away with a job well done
