- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering discounted prices for new customers and biweekly customers. My goal this year is to provide TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND COMPETITIVE RATES WHILE COMPLETING THE JOB QUICKLY. I'm very fair and flexible. I can provide a checklist that spells out everything you can expect with my services. If you have a specific request just let me know so that I can accommodate you. During the initial consultation please let me know exactly what services you are looking for and what your budget is. Then together we can formulate a price that suits your needs and budget. I always strive for 100% complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of the project! Payment is due after services are rendered. I prefer Cash but accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo,and Apple Pay as forms of payment! ***Please note: Prices will be subject to an adjustment if anything is different from the original project information disclosed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to services I like to do a short consultation to ensure I have all the necessary information before finalizing your estimate, go over all the services you can expect, answer any questions you may have, and get you on the schedule. The goal is to come up with a cohesive plan to merry your needs within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BAS in Business Management from Daytona State College, FL. and am currently working on my MBA at Fitchburg State University, MA. I believe my formal training coupled with my hard work ethic afford me the opportunity successfully run my small business. Additionally, I am self motivated, detailed oriented, extremely organized, and VERY hard working. I follow directions to a tee Most importantly I VALUE all my clients and there input.
