What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have service packages. I also am able to customize packages based on a clients individual needs and budget. If you do not need a package, you can hire me at $30/hour. Package pricing is available upon request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally have a 30 minute discovery call to discuss what services they need, pricing and whether or not I can help them. If I can, we agree on a price and I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit prior to starting the work. I set up the client in my project management software so they can see all the tasks that I will be doing for them and it allows them to see my progress. I check in weekly via Zoom/Skype.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a billing/accounting background. I spent 12 years doing medical billing. I also have done tax preparation, customer service, data Entry and more.
