No; it is always negotiated depending upon the venue, travel, equipment required, etc.

Listen to what they want--always number 1. Listen twice as much as talk Then gather the very best material, best musicians I can and Then always bring a professional but fun and happy performance
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years, meeting, greeting, figuring out how to make people happy in their purchase or sale; therefore much one on one experience, music and singing "in the family" for many years and have worked to compile not only a repertoire, but history about the music or lyrics or performers to go with it; ;so educational venue ---if program allows for that, as well as a good performance of the material is the goal
