Introduction: We have been providing CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, First Aid, Phlebotomy, EKG, IV Therapy, NRP and other medical training classes since 1991. We are Paramedics, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Doctors, EMT's and ED Techs. We have fun teaching! All of our instructors have numerous years of experience in Emergency Medicine and are currently working in ICU, ER, and the prehospital area. Teaching others to save lives in a relaxed atmosphere and non-stressful environment brings us great satisfaction. Many of our students tell us they have used their lifesaving skills on their own family members with success!

I recently completed my BLS and ACLS training through Florida Heart CPR and cannot say enough great things about Gayl and her knowledgeable, professional staff. Florida Heart CPR has an easy online registration as well as all of the tools you need to be successful and confident when studying for ACLS or BLS. She and her team do an outstanding job of going through all of the latest information and guidelines of ACLS/BLS and do so in a comfortable atmosphere where the student does not feel intimidated. They have a separate mega code room that encourages critical thinking and team work. Lots of hands on which is great for visual and tactile learners!!! I left Florida Heart CPR feeling confident and well prepared for my job.

We do have standard pricing. Private classes or last minute requests may incur an extra fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we find out what our customers training needs are, and what they expect for their training. Then we fit them with the instructor and discipline that they need and deliver a solid training, making sure that the customer is comfortable with the material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our extensive background in the hospital and prehospital areas makes us the best choice for relaying "real life" scenarios while helping you to apply them to your training.
