Fellow Thumbtackers, I had an emergency situation, just as I was leaving town. My tenants needed their furnace fixed just as the arctic blast of 2016 was coming through town. Jacob coordinated with my tenants and got the job done in no time for almost no money ($55) to clean the thermocouple. Our experience went great. Everyone was extremely helpful and personal. Appreciated the reasonable pricing in regards to the fantastic service that was provided. Would most definitely recommend to anyone, and would definitely hire again if needed. Furnace has been fully functioning since they installed two new parts for us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i do not have a standard pricing system. it is based off of work needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i go in and take a look. give a rough estimate. walk through the house and pin point where ill be working. if the customer likes the idea i go ahead and give them a solid price and offer to either have them pay for everything and pay me labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year degree, epa certified, local 95 member, stationary engineer.
