Introduction: Hi! I'm Alex. As a photographer, I strive to deliver custom, artistic, authentic and inspiring photography. I have been doing photography for over 10 years, and believe that a great image is more than luck- It is a combination of graceful forms, light, emotion, expression, contrast. I had a wonderful experience working with and getting to know Alex. He is a great photographer, but also just intriguing to talk to. He showed me some of his landscape work in the Pre consultation, and hearing some of his travel stories and ideas for photography in general was interesting. I've worked with several photographers over the years, and although Alex is a younger guy and newer to senior portraits, he approaches photography from a much different angle than others I've worked with. I'd never thought a photographer would go to such lengths for senior photos. He said that although he's always certain he can take photos that are easy and satisfying, he wants to take ones that strike us as one of a kind.

Alex has tremendous attention to the detail required to create a mood in each of his photos. He elevates what would be a normal-photo to a work of art--truly the work of many years of serious study. I highly recommend him as a professional photographer!

I had an excellent experience with Alex for my engagement photos. He was fun and easy to work with, but what impressed me most was his eye for lighting and detail. He had arrived at the location an hour before we did to start scoping out some potential shots, so he immediately had some creative and unique ideas for beautiful images. Alex produced lovely photos out of some poses and locations that I never would have anticipated to turn out so wonderfully, so I was incredibly impressed with his ability to capture light and detail. His turnaround time was also very quick, and my fiance and I were over the moon with the images we received. We will cherish them for years and years to come!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be trying to keep my rates relatively low right now as I am working on getting my name out to more people. As I become more known in the Madison Area my prices will probably be raised.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm willing to do all sorts of photography jobs (portrait, engagement, landscape, wedding). I am usually available to talk and work out details which are specific to the project. I can also be reached by text/email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of in the field experience, multiple photography courses.
