FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-fee, and fat-free. Up to three one-hour sessions per week, and nutrition counseling, plus help with meal planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in biology, anatomy and physiology, and years of experience working in healthcare. In April 2017, I completed the Certified Personal Trainer continuing education course, "Senior Fitness Specialist Program."
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Find out the fair market value in your area. Meet up with the personal trainer first and/or ask for a discounted, preliminary workout or fitness class to get a feel for how well you click with them on a personal level, and on a fitness level. The best personal trainer for you will ask the right questions and get you to think deeply about your true motivation and what results you want to achieve. Be vulnerable and open.
