- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either charge a flat rate or an hourly rate. My fees are dependent on the work at hand. I charge an upfront deposit of 50% the balance upon completion, per contractual agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll meet in person with perspective clients to discuss in detail the services they need and offer advise on the best course of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35+ years experience in all areas of accounting, from the startup of a new company to month end financial reports and CPA reporting. I also have forensic accounting experience.
