Working with Caroline and Anne was amazing. From the first moment upon meeting them, I instantly felt a connection that was more then just a realtor and client. They both took the time to truly listen to our wants, must haves, and most important, they respected our financial limits. They spent countless hours (and days) showing us each listing and never rushed us to make an impulse decision. Caroline and Anne helped my family and I find our dream home that had every must have and "wish list" items we could have wanted. During the negogiations, they both made sure my family and I got the best deal and made sure we were taken care of well after settlement. Not only did these amazing women find us our dream home, they also were able to sell our townhouse in no time. Not only were they able to sell our home with very minimal upgrades, they managed to sell our home above asking price. Toward the end of our entire process, Anne and Caroline became friends who I treasure dearly.
