Everything went well! Project Maids did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised that they got all the nooks and crannies in my kitchen (there are a lot!). They even left a checklist behind that detailed all the work they did, which was a nice touch.

I hired Project Maids a couple weeks ago for a deep clean before a party with some friends. My house hadn't been cleaned in about 4-5 months (I don't clean often). They came in on time and took care of my mess very quickly. We had 2 beds and 2 baths, both of which were wiped down, scrubbed, and left immaculate.

Project Maids is great! Simply great. I will say, they are a little expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for as they are thorough. One of the Cleaners' names is Rose and she is an absolute super star.

I hired Project Maids off Craigslist a week or two ago. With CL you never know what you're going to get, but their website was professional and the people I talked were all very nice and enjoyable. The service itself was great. The maids were on time and made my place look good as new.

We had Project Maids come in a couple days ago to take care of our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in DC. I needed a quick cleaning to take care of my dirty oven before a party I was hosting. They came in on time, prepared, and took care of the job. Recommended for future cleanings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom starts at $119. Each additional bathroom is $20 and bedroom is $20. A 3 bed and 2 bathroom house would start at $179. We offer discounts for recurring cleanings, which will lower the price. We also offer extras for cleanings that will increase the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new customer we refer them to our website to answer a few questions to generate an instant quote online. The questions on the website allow us to bring all the necessary equipment to effectively and efficiently service the home. After all the details are entered, the customer then enters the date he/she prefers and submits payment. The payment is submitted, but we do not charge the customer fully until the house cleaning is 100% finished. For each cleaning job, we perform a 54 point inspection of the cleaning job to make sure we addressed each and every customer want and need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Cleaners are constantly being trained on the best practices when it comes to cleaning and cleaning products availible in the market.
