We needed to prepare our house for sale and wanted to get it sold before the Spring. Peggy worked expertly with our contractor and her stager to present the house in just a few weeks. Then she used her personal network to get us an all-cash offer for the asking price before the listing even went live. She kept us up to date as everything went on and if she didn't take our calls live, she never took more than an hour to respond to any questions or requests. A wonderful experience all around.
