I called Chris to give me an estimate on over a dozen small to medium repairs and projects. He is the only one of 4 that was on time or even showed up at all! He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of all my projects and even gave me a few great ideas that I had not even considered. His price was very reasonable and scheduled a start date, was again on time and completed everything in a very professional manner as well as his helpers and they were very polite and respectful. He did what he said he would do and threw in a couple minor extras that cropped up at no extra charge. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the spring with a much larger deck addition!

Very slow doing job . I had to have my son in law help more like do most of the work . he complained about the heat and said he had a helper and didn't and he took cigar breaks and checked his phone often . then when he was leaving job I asked him if he had my new screen in his hand and he said yes . so he was going to steal from me . never recommend him

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I treat every job like it is my own project on my own home. I am all about the best quality and go way above standards to satisfy myself, then I will know that my customers will also be satisfied. Yet, I have very affordable and fair prices with low overhead!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free consultation, recommendations, and estimate. 2. Upon accepting my bid, write up a detailed proposal of work to be done. 3. Give the customer a schedule for work to be started and approximate completion. 4. Depending on the specific job, I may ask for a deposit to help cover material costs, larger and lengthy projects split it into 3-4 payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started as a salesman for a home improvement company way back in 1989! Worked there for 2 years until I found out his deceptive and shady business tactics and started my own business. I've had licenses in both Florida and Georgia and have worked in over 15 different states with over 30 yeasr of experience!
