- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the obstacles and various sizes of property I prefer to speak to the customer before quoting a price. However, I do break the services down into separate bids. •General lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, blow off •Mulching •Leaf removal and cleanup •Year round services. (these require a customer agreement)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer makes contact with me I like to look at the property. I prefer to walk the property with them and discuss any safety concerns they may have (i.e. making sure the gate is pad-locked and where to find the key) as well as answering any questions they have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of work with our nations military members including maintaining their properties while they are deployed or otherwise absent for extended periods of time. I also do a lot of work with realtors and home buyers/sellers that want their property to have that "curb appeal" that gets attention. I enjoy working on all types of properties from a small yard to large commercial projects.
