Introduction: We offer many different types of coaching and advocacy as well as addictions recovery, anger management, and motivational speaking. When you call, just specify what type of coaching you are seeking and I will match you with the appropriate professional. I, Patricia, also offer Audio Integration Training and social skills groups for students with attention deficit disorders, and other disorders which present communication and social issues for students. I combine coaching for emotional regulation issues such as anxiety management, with tutoring and organizational systems. In addition, for adults who struggle with attention deficit or other difficulties in the workplace, I offer career coaching, team building and "lunchtime masterminds". I also offer training to schools. My amazing officers also provide support for currently serving military members and veterans and their families. They offer addictions and recovery coaching and can link them to further resources when necessary. We love seeing that light of achievement in our client's eyes when they have achieved or surpassed a goal. We love building relationships based on trust and watching people succeed because of the hard work they did.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Power Plan, Inc is a non-profit organization. Our session fees are on a sliding scale. The fees start from $50-based on what the client can reasonably afford, length of session, services being offered, and if we are doing a "package deal" or combining services. We work on a case by case basis, and some fees may be individually negotiated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*We welcome you to our Power Plan,Inc with a relaxed, informal interview and get to know each other. *We discuss and sign a contract simply stating what we can expect from each other, confidentiality, and non disclosure and any release forms we may neeed, the number of sessions, cancellation policy, and the fee schedule. * We discuss any questions or concerns you have about coaching. * We go through a brief questionnaire so that I can listen to your personal /relationship needs and challenges and create a vision board and goals. * We prioritize the goalsand get started. * We go through some exercises and discuss some strategies to use until the next session * I give you a reading passage or other "homework" to work on your goals to be discussed at the next session. * We "review the session" , restating our goals, experience, and our purpose & motivation for coaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned a Bachelor's, Masters, & almost a doctoral degree in marriage and family studies, ethics, leadership and behavior health. My officers both have earned graduate degrees in counseling. Combined, we have decades of experience in helping individuals, couples and families heal and conquer major life challenges.. Each of us, in our own unique situations have also fought through our own life battles and "won". We have had mentors who have guided us & nspired us to want to help others by empowering. them towards success.
