- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would like to be able to speak to the customer and explain the details of my work and how I can assist them in managing their home. I then would like to be able to meet with them face to face to answer any additional questions they may have and to see provide them with a market analysis of their home. I find that it is more impressionable to be able to put a face to a name.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a property manager for over 26 years, I have had extensive training in the property management field. I currently hold a Residential Manager Professional Designation (RMP) through the National Association of Residential Property Managers that I currently belongs to.
