- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I travel to you payment in full is required by credit card at the time of scheduling your appointment. If you text me to cancel with 12 hours, you may reschedule with in 7 days. If I cancel or have problems getting there you are automatically refunded with an option of priority rescheduling. If you decide not to give me at least 12 hours notice of cancellation and/or rescheduling at all then your payment will not be refunded and you will not have the option of rescheduling. Aromatherapy, Stones and Reflexology may be included at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will access your reasons for having a massage. Whether it is a medical condition, relaxation, muscle tension or chronic pain, I will navigate which techniques will bring you the best results.
