Mary-Jean provides monthly accounting services for a Barre workout studio. Books must be presented in compliance with the corporate franchise. She works with MindBody Online accounting software and Quickbooks to perform the monthly close procedures and reconciliation of the business's books. All transactions were itemized and categorized according the franchise's corporate guidance and corresponding journal entries are recorded into QuickBooks. An overall manual clean-up was conducted on all the transactions in the Company's Quickbooks prior to the launch of the business. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of both online Quickbooks and the desktop version. She responds to request and questions promptly and the monthly close is always completed on time and within budget.
