- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our clients with formal proposal of services so they can depend on a set price for one time or recurring services. It is better for our clients to have a number they can budget than an uncertain number of hours that they will be billed for. In general, our different services range in price from $45 to $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup an in person meeting to learn more about your company and the current needs and also aspirations of the business. During the conversation, we can learn better the services the would be of value to our prospect. We then send formal proposal of services to make sure it is clear what the client's expectations of our work is. If the client would like to move forward on the proposal, we gather the required documents to perform the work efficiently and effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have my bachelor's in business finance. I am also a Quickbooks Pro-Advisor. I highly value continued education and am constantly studying my field to make sure I provide the best of services to my clients. As for my team, we spend time weekly training and equipping our team to learn the skills necessary to perform a high quality service.
