I had some water damage in my rental condo; the upstairs unit had a leaky pipe that flowed into my downstairs unit. Kris with Mission Flood came out and helped get me started in the process to get everything back together. He was really great about working with myself and my tenant, since I do not occupy the unit myself. Kris was very friendly and professional. The best part was that I barely had to do anything. The employees at Mission Flood were already acquainted with my insurance adjuster, so they communicated with each other about what needed to be done, which I'm so thankful for since I have a million other things that need my attention. It was nice to know the two parties were working together with very little effort needed on my part.
