What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting my customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? I hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have essentially been in the construction business my entire adult life. I learned basic carpentry and framing while in High School and never looked back. I pride myself on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers. One certification that we are proud of is that we are a GAF Certified Master Elite Roofing Contractor. Only 2% of Roofing Contractors in North America hold this certification.
