Colin is very receptive to the needs of the client. He specifically tailors his workouts to that of each client and really takes an active interest in his client. He's always prompt, ready and greeting me with a smile and positive attitude for all of our workouts. He takes getting stronger, more fit and in better shape as a personal mission to help each client reach their full potential. Without colin I wouldn't have been able to increase my squat and deadlift by over 80lbs... each! Colin is consistently coming up with new workouts, rep schemes and ways to test my strength and set new goals! Colin's ability to build both a business relationship and a personal relationship set him apart from other trainers. You're able to tell right off the bat that he cares about you and just you. When it's your session, it's all about you, no attention being paid to anyone or anything except making you better!

Colin was an outstanding personal trainer. Had I not moved out of the area I would hands down hire him again! Everyday was fun, challenging, and catered to what I was looking to improve on. Colin helped me gain confidence in the gym and reach my toning and strength goals.
