My experience with Orlando was excellent he remodeled my shower and the work was great!!! Not one issue, any question I had he answered it and always was positive, and respectful I will recommend him to anyone!!!

Orlando took a drab out dated space and transormed it to a comfortable and inviting area for me to begin a private practice in. He worked quickly within the parameters of my vision, adding valued insight so that the vision could be refined and then he pulled it all together to give me the space I need to fulfill my dream! We loved working with Orlando. We had a leaky exterior door that we decided to close in. Orlando was very detailed in his communication with us before, during and after the project. He respected us by always keeping us up to date on the status on the project. He was timely and always arrived at the time that he said. He worked long and hard to get the job done, all the while with a content mindset. The final project turned out greater than we could have hoped for. His detail and precision on the project reflected how dedicated and passionate he is about his work. He crafted our project as if it was his own. We would absolutely love to work with Orlando again, and we recommend you do to. In a business where it is so easy to take advantage of people (and believe me, we have felt the yuck factor from other contractors), Orlando was completely professional, respectful and fair in the completion of our project. We are so happy with his work.

I would highly recommend Orlando for any kind of work you need done. I had extensive water damage in my guest bath, including the sub flooring. Orlando responded the day I called and, after seeing the work that needed to be done, went with me to Home Depot and Lowe’s to get everything we needed. He started the demo work that same day. The finished results are beautiful. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Not only will I use him again, but I already had him measure for new flooring in other parts of my house.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in home renovations since 2005 and haven't been trained by books but rather hands-on experience, other professionals who had the experience, ability, and the humility to teach others.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I can't explain how I got it other than it being a gift, I've always had the know how when it came to interior home repairs and renovations. I started in my own home and from there it went from a hobby to a business.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One is of a war vet. He needed to have 6 doorways in his home widened due to his wheelchair constantly hitting the doors. In this case, it wasn't about making the home beautiful though it did make an improvement in appearance as the doors were upgraded. In this case, it was about making the home more functional for the homeowner. It was about making a difference in someone's life, not an improvement in the appearance of a home.
