- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on many factors. How many hours we play, whether we need to bring our own sound and lights or if they are provided, the amount of distance we need to travel, and if the purchaser would like us to learn special songs for their event all factor in to the cost. We are more than happy to provide estimates and work with the customer to ensure they get the music they desire at a price they can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial acceptance of gig, we like to talk with the customer to figure out exactly what they are looking for in entertainment. We will ask about the venue, the expected crowd, the occasion, and technical aspects of the stage and sound (when applicable). We are thorough because we want to make sure everyone in attendance has an amazing experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all come from various musical backgrounds. One member has a B.S. in Music and can play 5 instruments, another member was a standout musician in high school and college, and another has been playing guitar for over 30 years.
