- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is significantly lower than a company’s because I do this as sidework. I provide quality work at a fair price and much cheaper than a company’s.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be to speak to the customer and find out details of work needed. I also would like to get my eyes on the work needed so I can create a material list and complete the job efficiently and safely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my apprenticeship at HCC for four years while working for a union company. Upon graduating I took my test for my journeyman electricians license
