FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company has $1,000,000 of liquor liability insurance (most venues in RI require a minimum of $1,000,000 of liability insurance for vendors). We charge a flat $199 per event for liability. My hourly rate is $40/hr, and each additional bartender/server costs $25/hr. The size of the party and the workload determine how many employees I need and this is certainly something I'm happy to discuss when me meet!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet my clients face to face and will be happy to buy you lunch while we discuss your event! We discuss the event in detail; number of guests, how many will be drinking, what will they be drinking (beer, wine, mixed drinks), how long is the event, will you have other beverages set up ... and so much more. During most events I prefer to have one bartender fixed at the bar, and another floating around to give personal service to guests (depending on the event this may only require one bartender).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of sales and customer service, and years of experience in bartending. I've been very fortunate to work at places that put their customers first and go WAY above and beyond to make sure they are happy!
