- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in catering 20 years ago while volunteering to cook for my church. From there I started doing weddings and other events and then to owning restaurants that provided catering services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have dealt with little league coaches, executives, reporters, chefs, food professionals and private customers. No job is to simple or complicated!
