Wes is punctual, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. After my husband mixed up the wires from uninstalling our old ceiling fan, we had a pretty confusing mess on our hands. Wes came in and traced out the circuits, made fixes to the wiring to the wall switch, got the wires properly color coded for the future, and put up our ceiling fan. The person we called out for the job originally bailed on us because it was too complicated, but Wes came in and knocked it out. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Usually a first consultation is free because sometimes its hard to gauge a problem via text or phone. So i have no problem coming out to the customers to get a in person view at what I'm looking before i begin. If I have to troubleshoot I will diagnose the problem, we will discuss options and price. Once we have agreed on but I will proceed with the work per the customers wish. I will ALWAYS establish a price before i do any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer I will provide any background information if needed. Then we will talk about what the electrical problem is. I will proceed to diagnose the cause of the problem if warranted. We will then discuss options and price before i proceed any further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I took a 5 year electrical apprenticeship in the Local 26 union. And i have 10 years of hands on field experience .
