Eugene was able to come out quickly after AC failed. He did a thorough check of the system and determined there was a leak. He was able to come back the next day and install a new outside and indoor unit. He was very friendly and professional.

H&J Installed a new A/C, gas furnace and duct work. They also moved the water heater and re plumbed the laundry washer. The installation was clean, organized and all around professional. I got a Cadillac system for a Honda price. Also please note your HVAC system is only as good as your installer! This is an owner operated company that clearly values the customers satisfaction and the product. The company's low overhead is passed along to the customer with very reasonable prices. Highly Recommended for Duct and HVAC work.

Gene was called in to help troubleshoot our HVAC system by James Ritch who we hired to check out the eletrical components of our broken HVAC system. We had Tri-County air come out to troubleshoot initially and they charged us almost $700 without fixing the AC or giving us any idea of what was wrong. Gene was able to quickly and thoroughly troubleshoot the system and find exactly what was wrong with our HVAC at the end of his day and in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything to us and helped work out a solution. He worked with us via email for a few days picking out the new HVAC system and came to install it even though a tropical storm was in the forecast. Thankfully, the storm passed and he was able to keep working and had everything installed in 1 day. He is an absolutely fantastic person to work with and is a very skilled technician who knows his trade better than anyone I've ever worked with. I cannot recommend him enough for any HVAC problem.

I needed to have my water heater replaced on short notice and I hired H&J Heating to come take a look and install a new water heater. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and left the area they worked in spotless. I highly recommend this company. I personally dealt with Eddie, who was very professional, respectful, and came across as honest. I'll definitely be giving them a call again in the future with any plumbing or HVAC needs. H&J replaced my hot water heater at an unbeatable price. I placed my request at 8 PM Thursday night, they responded within 15 minutes, came out the next day for a free estimate, and provided next day installation service. The technician was professional and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend them.

My pricing standard is simply to provide quality service at a fair and honest price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with new customers is to assess the history of the equipment they need service for. After assessing the maintenance history we will assess the condition of their equipment and any tune ups or repairs which would increase comfort and efficiency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the HVAC and controls industry for over 17 years with hands on experience in residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
