Introduction: I truly believe in that WOW factor system when it comes to hair and transforming my guests! Every guest that sits in my chair i want to give an experience, from start to finish; (consultation, education, styling options, setting goals and delivering promised results)! Healthy hair is my goal behind the chair and I am absolutely obsessed with transforming my guests! I live for that "WOW" factor facial expression you get when you turn your client around towards the mirror after completing a service. The anticipation and dramatics you receive from your guests just makes you remember the whole reason you began your career in the first place! Enhancing is one thing but being completely transformed, that is what we as women live for! We're always in the mirror stating things such as i need something different or i wish my hair did this; therefore in hindsight you are already coming into the salon with a vision. It is then up to your stylist to tap into your vision and allow you to tap into their own and then compromise somewhere in the middle through in-depth consultations. Thats where I as a cosmetologist blossoms i work overtime to transform the things that you don't like, enhance the things that you do like and create illusions so that everytime you look in the mirror you are overly satisfied with your hair! I mean come on, when your hair looks good you feel good and my job is to make sure that you continue to feel good in and after you leave the salon. As well as being educated on how to reciprocate your individual style at home and receive compliments up until your return.
