A bit about me,
I am 25 years old, East Bay native, graduated from Saint Mary's College, as a collegiate athlete on the Rugby Team.
Now, I've been a Martial Artist for 21 years and now want to share my passion for health, movement, and martial arts to people who wish to learn.
I love what the traditional martial arts represent, and hope to pass along some of my knowledge to others and make them fit, healthy, and flexible at the same time.
