I called Zach to troubleshoot issues I was having with some outlets and switches. We set up an appointment and he called me the day prior to confirm. The next day he showed up on time and talk me through everything that we needed to get done in a way that I understood the technical aspect of what was happening. Zack quickly went to work on resolving the issues I was having and determined that we would need to pull a new wire from the electrical panel. He was very competent and did this with no issue even though it went up two floors to my master bedroom. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Zack is a very professional electrician and it was a great experience. I would definitely not hesitate to hire him again.
